Welcome to Pica South American Kitchen, nestled in the heart of Ubud Village, Bali. With a decade of excellence, Pica is known for its chef-driven menu showcasing the best South American cuisine.

 

Situated on a bustling street within walking distance of Ubud’s main attractions, our intimate 24-seat restaurant offers a unique dining experience that is immersed in Ubud’s vibrant energy.

Philosophy

At Pica, we view food as a way to celebrate culture and creativity. Our approach is rooted in authenticity, innovation, and respect for our ingredients. We aim to showcase the rich culinary heritage of South America while incorporating modern techniques. Every dish is prepared with care and dedication.

Our Team

Pica South American Kitchen, founded in 2014 by Chef Cristian Encina and Monica Fernandez, is a family-run restaurant that celebrates South American cuisine. With a focus on authentic flavours and warm hospitality, we aim to share our passion for food with every guest. Our menu features traditional recipes and innovative dishes, creating a memorable dining experience that brings people together.

 

Our team is the heart of Pica, and we prioritise their training and empowerment. We cultivate a collaborative environment where each member can grow and contribute their unique talents.

Our Sister Project

CANTINA ROOFTOP in Ubud is the perfect late-afternoon cocktail bar and eatery, offering a modern bistro menu crafted by Chef Cristian Encina with accompanied by classic artisinal aperitivos. Make a Reservation

Welcome to our cozy 24-seat restaurant, open for dinner only. Reservations are limited to 2 hours; please book after 8 PM for longer stays. Groups of 6 or more must order a set sharing menu and pay a refundable deposit of IDR 300k per person with 24 hours notice.
