Our Team
Pica South American Kitchen, founded in 2014 by Chef Cristian Encina and Monica Fernandez, is a family-run restaurant that celebrates South American cuisine. With a focus on authentic flavours and warm hospitality, we aim to share our passion for food with every guest. Our menu features traditional recipes and innovative dishes, creating a memorable dining experience that brings people together.

CANTINA ROOFTOP in Ubud is the perfect late-afternoon cocktail bar and eatery, offering a modern bistro menu crafted by Chef Cristian Encina with accompanied by classic artisinal aperitivos.
